From MCHS Athletics:
The Girls Varsity Basketball team lost to Warren County tonight 50-47. It was a close game throughout and Madison got 2 chances to tie the game in the final seconds but could not get the shots to fall. Madison will travel to Orange County on Monday night for a 7:30 game.
The JV team also lost to Warren County tonight 34-22. They will travel to Orange County on Monday for a 6:00 game.

From MCHS Athletics: The Boys Basketball team beat Central Woodstock tonight 74-45 to improve to 15-1 overall and 9-0 in the Bull Run District. Dre Twyman led the Mountaineers with 24 points. Kobi Alexander had 15, Elijah Lewis 12 and Isiah Smith 10. Madison will travel to Warren County on Friday night for a 7:30 game. Click either of the first two photos below to see the varsity gallery.

From MCHS Athletics:
The Girls Varsity Basketball team beat Rappahannock tonight 55-36. This was a close game throughout the first 3 quarters with several lead changes. Madison took a 4 point lead into the 4th quarter and just exploded with a 12-0 run. The Mountaineers cruised from there to take the win. Makayla Taylor led the way with 21 points. Abi Tanner scored 13 and Makenna Santinga added 9. Madison will host Stonewall Jackson on Monday night at 7:30pm.

From Madison Athletics:
The Wrestling team went 1-1 tonight beating William Monroe 43-30 and lost to Fluvanna 36-33. Zach Waters, Zach Gibson, Jacob Clatterbuck, Chase Berry and Eric Cashman all went 2-0 on the night.
A special congratulations to Head Coach Mike Sacra on his 400th career win tonight as well. Well done Coach Sacra #madisonpride
