Public service announcement:
The sports and portrait galleries on the website all expire on June 30, 2014. Once they expire, I’ll be upgrading to a new shopping cart system here. The cart is coded by the same company, but the new cart is a totally new design and is much more mobile device friendly (VERY important these days). The downside of all this is that you will lose all your “Favorites” if you have them, and I know some of you have been saving them for years. SO, if those favorites are important to you, be sure to write down numbers or print out your Favorites page. I WILL NOT be able to get them back for you. All the photos will still be available on my archive site,berrysports.photoshelter.com but there is no link between that site and the current shopping cart. I just wanted you to be warned.
Ok, we’re back. I had to leave varsity soccer a bit early and wasn’t able to stay until the end. When I left the score was tied at 0. From the MCHS girl’s soccer Facebook page Madison won 1-0 in DOUBLE overtime!! Excellent!! I wish I would have been there to see that….although I’d bet it was too dark to shoot. The MCHS JV girl’s soccer game against Central Woodstock ended in a 1-1 tie. Madison’s lone goal was by Morgan McClelland off a pass from Makayla Taylor. Click the photo below to go the the JV girl’s gallery.

Whew! I’m glad SOMETHING was played today! I was away all of last week, with the rain earlier this week, I was having sports shooting withdrawl!! 🙂
Madison’s varsity girls lost to Warren County this afternoon 5-2. Madison tied the game at 2 briefly in the second half with back to back goals by Vanessa Long (PK) and Leigh Lumsden, but Warren scored soon after and continued on to the 5-2 win.
