W4MTP = Women’s 4 Miler Training Program….and that’s about all I know….
What I do know if there were 106 finishers, ages 7 to 90, yes, 90!!! Irene was nice enough to hold off until everyone was in. There was one little shower while the runners/walkers were on the course, but I think we all enjoyed that since it was warm and quite humid out there.
Fastest male Drew Kelliher at 28:14. Fastest female Laura Jimenez at 33:22.
Here are a few photos, click on any of them to see the entire gallery.
There was a run for the kids also, with prizes for everyone.

Madison won their home opener tonight 3-1 over the Luray Bulldogs. Madison came out firing, some of the best hitting from them I’ve seen in quite a while, and won the first set 25-8. They weren’t quite that dominant in the next three sets, taking the second one 25-21, losing the third 15-25, and finally pulling out the win in the fourth set 25-23.
Yes, Jessica dug that one!
Madison had a 24-22 lead over Luray in the first set, but couldn’t quite pull out the win and lost the first one 25-27. The second set wasn’t as close, Luray won that one 25-15, to take the match 2-0.
